# The Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1996, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) (No.2) Order 1996 and shall come into force on the following dates:
(a) article 4(a) on 1 May 1996;
(b) the remaining provisions of the Order on 30th March 1996.
