# The Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1996, Article 3: Amendments to the 1983 Order


In Schedule 1:—
(a) “Chippenham” shall be deleted from its position in the second column opposite the entry for “Bath” in the first column;
(b) the entry for “Dover” shall be deleted;
(c) “Newton Abbot” shall be deleted from its position in the second column opposite the entry for “Torquay” in the first column;
(d) “St Austell” shall be deleted from its position in the second column opposite the entry for “Truro” in the first column;
(e) “Sittingbourne” shall be deleted from its position in the second column opposite the entry for “Chatham” in the first column.
