# The Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1998, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 24th December 1998, except for article 4(a), which shall come into force on 31st December 1998.
