The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2(1) of the County Courts Act 1984, section 33(1) of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 and section 374(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, hereby makes the following Order:–
