  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Civil Courts Order 1983 to remove the Admiralty jurisdiction from all county courts. After 26th April 1999 Admiralty proceedings must be commenced in the High Court.\nTransitional provisions provide that these amendments shall not take effect with respect to Admiralty proceedings which, before 26th April 1999, have been commenced in or transferred to a county court which, at that time, had Admiralty jurisdiction.",
