# The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 2) Order 2000, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment No. 2) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st December 2000.
(2) In this Order, a Schedule referred to by a number alone means the Schedule so numbered in the Civil Courts Order 1983.
