  "text": "Schedule 3 to the Civil Courts Order 1983 shall be amended as follows—\n(a) the entries relating to Bloomsbury and Westminster shall be deleted; and\n(b) after the entry relating to Market Drayton, there shall be inserted the following new entry—\n“\nFirst Column\nSecond Column\nThird Column\nFourth Column\nFifth Column\nMarylebone\nRace Relations\nMayor’s and City of London Court\nHigh Court\n—\n”.",
