Laid before Parliament 21st July 1992
Coming into force 24th August 1992
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 67(1) and (2) of the Race Relations Act 1976; by sections 2 and 26 of the County Courts Act 1984 and by sections 117(4) and 374 of the Insolvency Act 1986, hereby makes the following Order:—
