# The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 3) Order 1996, Article 3: Amendments to the 1983 Order


In paragraph (2) of article 4: —
(a) the following words shall be inserted at the end: —
“and the name of the district registry at Torquay shall be the Torquay and Newton Abbot District Registry”; and
(b) “,” shall be substituted for the word “and”.
