# The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 3) Order 1996, Article 8: Amendments to the 1983 Order


In Schedule 4 after paragraph 11 there shall be inserted the following: —
“11A The name of the county court at Torquay shall be the Torquay and Newton Abbot County Court..”
