Coming into force 4th November 1996
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 99(1) of the Supreme Court Act 1981, sections 2(1) and 26 of the County Courts Act 1984 and by sections 117(4) and 374 of the Insolvency Act 1986, hereby makes the following Order: —
