  "heading": "Citation, commencement and interpretation",
  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1999 and shall come into force:\n(a) as to articles 3 and 4(3), on 31st January 2000; and\n(b) as to the remainder of this Order, on 20th December 1999.\n(2) In this Order, a Schedule referred to by number alone means the Schedule so numbered in the Civil Courts Order 1983.",
