  "text": "(1) In Schedule 1:\n(a) in the entry relating to Romford, “Grays Thurrock” shall be deleted from the second column;\n(b) the entry relating to Great Yarmouth shall be deleted.\n(2) In Schedule 3:\n(a) the entries relating to Grays Thurrock and Great Yarmouth shall be deleted;\n(b) in column 4 of the entry relating to Lowestoft, for “Great Yarmouth” there shall be substituted “Norwich”.",
