Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 99(1) of the Supreme Court Act 1981, sections 2(1) and 26 of the County Courts Act 1984 and section 374(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, hereby makes the following Order:—
