  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Civil Courts Order 1983 so as to:—\n(a) close the district registry and county court at Bridgwater, with effect from 20th December 1999; and\n(b) close the district registry and county court at Great Yarmouth, and the county court at Grays Thurrock, with effect from 31st January 2000.",
