Article 2
The holding of the Beverley, Gainsborough and Great Malvern County Courts shall be discontinued and Schedule 3 to the Civil Courts Order 1983f1 shall accordingly be amended by deleting the entries relating to those courts.
The Bridlington and Kingston-upon-Hull County Courtsf2 shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Beverley County Court before this Order comes into force.
The Lincoln County Court shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Gainsborough County Court before this Order comes into force.
The Worcester County Court shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Great Malvern County Court before this Order comes into force.
No process shall be invalid only because the holding of the court described therein by name has been discontinued by this Order.

The districts for which the Bridlington and Kingston-upon-Hull County Courts are to be held will be determined in accordance with directions given by or on behalf of the Lord Chancellor under section 2(3) of the County Courts Act 1984.
