  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Civil Courts Order 1983 so as to—\n(a) close the Beverley, Gainsborough and Great Malvern County Courts; the Bridlington, Kingston-upon-Hull, Lincoln and Worcester County Courts are given jurisdiction where proceedings have been commenced before the closures take effect (article 2);\n(b) to establish a district registry of the High Court at Salford (articles 3 and 4).",
