# The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 4) Order 1994, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment No. 4) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 5th December 1994, except for article 5(a) which shall come into force on 9th January 1995.
