# The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 4) Order 1994, Article 4: Amendments to the 1983 Order


In Schedule 1—
(a) in the entry relating to Birkenhead, the words “Ellesmere Port” shall be deleted;
(b) in the entry relating to Carmarthen, the word “Lampeter” shall be deleted;
(c) in the entry relating to Plymouth, the word “Launceston” shall be deleted;
(d) in the entry relating to Salisbury, the word “Shaftesbury” shall be deleted; and
(e) in the entry relating to Yeovil, the words “Axminster and Chard” shall be deleted.
