# The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 4) Order 1997, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment No. 4) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 15th December 1997, except for articles 3(b) and 4(b) which shall come into force on 24th December 1997.
