# The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 4) Order 1997, Article 3: Amendments to the 1983 Order


In Schedule 1—
(a) “Alnwick”, “Berwick-upon-Tweed” and “Blyth” shall be deleted from their positions in the second column opposite the entry for “Newcastle upon Tyne” in the first column;
(b) “Bridlington” shall be deleted from its position in the second column opposite the entry for “Scarborough” in the first column; and
(c) “Morpeth and Berwick” shall be substituted for “Morpeth” in the second column opposite the entry for “Newcastle upon Tyne” in the first column.
