# The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 4) Order 1997, Article 5: Amendments to the 1983 Order


In Schedule 4, paragraph 10, there shall be inserted—
“10A The name of the county court at Morpeth shall be the Morpeth and Berwick County Court.”.
