  "heading": "CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS",
  "text": "The Civil Courts Order 1983 shall be amended as follows:—\n(1) in Schedule 1:—\n(a) in the second column opposite the entry relating to Barrow-in-Furness District Registry the words “and Ulverston” shall be deleted;\n(b) after the entry relating to Barrow-in-Furness there shall be inserted the following new entry:\nFirst Column\nSecond Column\nBasingstoke\nBasingstoke\n(c) after the entry relating to Middlesbrough there shall be inserted the following new entry:\nFirst Column\nSecond Column\nMilton Keynes\nAylesbury Milton Keynes\n(d) in the second column opposite the entry relating to the Northampton District Registry the words “Bletchley and Leighton Buzzard” shall be deleted;\n(e) in the second column opposite the entry relating to Oxford the word “Aylesbury” shall be deleted;\n(f) in the second column opposite the entry relating to Reading the word “Basingstoke” shall be deleted.\n(2) in Schedule 3:—\n(a) the letters “DR” shall be inserted in the first column beneath the entry relating to Basingstoke;\n(b) the letters “DR” shall be inserted in the first column beneath the entry relating to Milton Keynes;\n(c) in column 4, opposite the entry relating to Milton Keynes in column 1, the word “Northampton” shall be deleted;\n(d) in column 2, opposite the entry relating to Milton Keynes in column 1 shall be added the word “Bankruptcy”.",
