  "text": "(1) The holding of the Newtown County Court shall be discontinued.\n(2) The county court at Welshpool shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Newtown County Court before this Order comes into operation and shall be named the Welshpool and Newtown County Court.\n(3) No process shall be invalid only because the court is described therein by the name by which it was known before the coming into operation of this Order.",
