  "text": "This Order amends the Civil Courts Order 1983 by:\n(a) transferring the district registry of the High Court at Newtown to Welshpool on the closure of the county court at Newtown;\n(b) closing the county court at Newtown;\n(c) assigning the district of the Reigate County Court to the Guildford District Registry;\n(d) designating the Llangefni County Court as a divorce court and court of trial;\n(e) granting jurisdiction in bankruptcy and winding-up of companies to the Welshpool and Newtown County Court;\n(f) changing the name of the Bloomsbury and Marylebone County Court and the Welshpool County Court; and\n(g) transferring the assignment of the district of the Welshpool and Newtown County Court from the Birmingham County Court to the Wrexham County Court for race relations purposes.",
