Article 2 Divorce county court

For the purposes of section 33(1) of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984, the Weston Super Mare County Court shall be a divorce county court.

The amendment set out in the Schedule to this Order shall be made to the Civil Courts Order 1983^f1.
