# The Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 1992, Article 2


(1) The holding of the Northallerton County Court shall be discontinued and Schedule 3 to the Civil Courts Order 1983shall accordingly be amended by deleting the entry relating to that court.
(2) The Darlington County Court shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Northallerton County Court before this Order comes into force.
(3) No process shall be invalid only because the holding of the court described therein by name has been discontinued by this Order.
