Article 4
(1)
The Colchester and Clacton County Court shall be known as the Colchester County Court.
(2)
Schedule 4 to the 1983 Order shall accordingly be amended as follows—
(a)
the entry numbered 7 shall be deleted; and
(b)
the entries numbered 8 to 11A shall be renumbered 7 to 11 respectively.
