# The Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 1995, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on the following dates—
(a) articles 3(b) and 4(b) on 27th October 1995;
(b) the rest of the Order on 29th September 1995.
