# The Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 1998, Article 3: Amendments to the 1983 Order


In Schedule 1–
(a) “Holywell” shall be deleted from its position in the second column opposite the entry for“Rhyl” in the first column; and
(b) the entry relating to Rochdale shall be deleted.
