  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force:\n(a) as to articles 3 and 4, on 2nd January 2001; and\n(b) as to the remainder of this Order, on 3rd July 2000.\n(2) In this Order, a Schedule referred to by number alone means the Schedule so numbered in the Civil Courts Order 1983.",
