Article 2 Amendments to the Civil Courts Order 1983

After Article 7 of the Civil Courts Order 1983^f1 insert—

“8.

For the purpose of section 36A of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984, where the word “Civil Partnership” appears in the second column of Schedule 3 to this Order opposite a place name in the first column, the county court at that place is hereby designated as a civil partnership proceedings county court and that county court is also designated as a court of trial.”.
