Article 2 Amendments to the 2014 Order

(1)

The Civil Courts Order 2014^f1 is amended as follows.

(2)

In the Schedule—

(a)

omit the following places specified in the first column—

(i)

Llangefni;

(ii)

Bolton;

(iii)

Bury;

(iv)

Kendal; and

(v)

Oldham;

(b)

on the date that this Order comes into force for the purposes of each of the amendments in paragraphs (i) to (v) respectively, omit the County Court hearing centres named in the second column corresponding to those places listed in sub-paragraph (a); and

(c)

in the second column, omit the reference to the Kettering County Court hearing centre.
