Article 2 Amendments to the 2014 Order

(1)

The Civil Courts Order 2014^f1 is amended as follows.

(2)

In the Schedule—

(a)

omit the following places specified in the first column—

(i)

Chichester; and

(ii)

Colchester;

(b)

omit the County Court hearing centres named in the second column corresponding to those places listed in sub-paragraph (a); and

(c)

in the second column, omit the references to the following County Court hearing centres—

(i)

Chippenham and Trowbridge; and

(ii)

Banbury.
