# The Civil Courts Order 1983, Article 7


For the purpose of section 1(1) of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1967, where the word “Divorce” appears in the second column of Schedule 3 to this Order opposite a place name in the first column, the county court at that place is hereby designated as a divorce county court and that county court is also designated as a court of trial.
