# The Civil Nuclear Police Authority (Borrowing Limit) (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Nuclear Police Authority (Borrowing Limit) (Amendment) Order 2025.
(2) This Order comes into force on 18th September 2025.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
