  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe Civil Nuclear Police Authority, established under section 51 of the Energy Act 2004 (c. 20), is responsible for the maintenance of the Civil Nuclear Constabulary, the function of which is to protect licensed civil nuclear sites and nuclear material in transit in Great Britain and elsewhere. Under paragraph 8 of Schedule 10 to that Act, the Civil Nuclear Police Authority may borrow such sums in sterling as it may require for meeting its obligations and for carrying out its functions, subject to the limit set out in paragraph 8(6). This Order amends paragraph 8(6) to increase the borrowing limit from £10 million to £30 million.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
