# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 9


(1) Amend section 6A (spouse dying within 28 days of intestate) as follows.
(2) After “spouse” (in each place) insert “ or civil partner ”.
(3) In the sidenote to section 6A, after “Spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
