# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 46


(1) If the court has made an order to which this Part applies, it may—
(a) vary or discharge the order,
(b) suspend any provision of it temporarily, or
(c) revive the operation of any provision so suspended.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) is subject to the provisions of this Part and paragraph 42(5).
