# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 31


In section 60 (complete or partial failure to satisfy contributions conditions), in subsection (2)—
(a) after “married” insert “ or a civil partner ”, and
(b) for “widow or widower” substitute “ widow, widower or surviving civil partner ”.
