# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 34


In section 77 (guardian’s allowance)—
(a) in subsection (6)(a)(ii), after “spouses” insert “ or civil partners ”, and
(b) in subsection (8)(a), after “divorce” insert “ or the civil partnership of the child’s parents has been dissolved ”.
