# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 50


In section 171ZL (entitlement to statutory adoption pay), in subsection (4)(b)—
(a) after “married couple” insert “ or civil partnership ”, and
(b) after “spouse” (in each place) insert “ or civil partner ”.
