# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 73


(1) Amend section 38 (widow’s pension) as follows.
(2) In subsection (2), after “remarries” insert “ or forms a civil partnership ”.
(3) After subsection (3)(c) insert
“or
(d) for any period during which she and a woman who is not her civil partner are living together as if they were civil partners.”
