# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 76


In section 39C (rate of widowed parent’s allowance and bereavement allowance)—
(a) after “spouse” (in each place) insert “ or civil partner ”, and
(b) in subsection (5), after “spouse's” insert “ or civil partner's ”.
