# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 90

In section 83A (pension increase for spouse)—
(a) in subsection (1), for “married pensioner” substitute “ pensioner who is married or a civil partner ”, and
(b) in subsections (2) and (3), after “spouse” (in each place) insert “ or civil partner ”.
