# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 93


In section 114 (persons maintaining dependants etc.)—
(a) in subsection (2), for “wife” substitute “ wife, civil partner ”, and
(b) in subsection (3)(a), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
