# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 171


In paragraph 2(1)(a) of Schedule 4 (spouse of employee of the Valuation Tribunal Service disqualified for appointment as member of the Service), after “is married to” insert “ or is the civil partner of ”.
