# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 30


In section 14 (privilege against incrimination of self or spouse)—
(a) in subsection (1)(b), for “husband or wife” substitute “ spouse or civil partner ”, and
(b) in the heading, after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
