# Civil Partnership Act 2004, Paragraph 37


In section 5(4) (members of another’s family for purposes of deportation)—
(a) in paragraph (a), after “his wife” insert “ or civil partner, ” and
(b) in paragraph (b), after “her husband” insert “ or civil partner, ”.
