  "text": "(1) Amend section 32 (associates) as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.\n(3) In subsection (3)—\n(a) omit the word “and” immediately before “references”,\n(b) for “reputed spouse;” substitute “ reputed spouse, and references to a civil partner include a former civil partner; ”, and\n(c) for “had been a child born to him in wedlock” substitute “ were the legitimate child of the relationship in question ”.",
